On Saturday, 2/14/09 at 7:57pm the Soddy-Daisy Fire Department responded to a structure fire at the 9100 block of Lovell Road. The structure was a trailer home with an addition built on to it. No one had lived in the house for more than a year.
The house was fully involved and the fire had spread to the woods behind the home and across the grass front yard.
Over 25 firefighters responded with three engines. The fire was reported to be out at 9:05pm. The house is a total loss.
